Blue Ribbon House is a grand looking building with five stories. The building is of Victorian design and you enter through a large arched foyer, the front door has a stained glass window at the top that has a picture of a horse flying over an oxer. The inside foyer is artistically designed and welcoming to those who enter. The students whom live within may not give such a warm reception though…

Red Ribbon House has the look of an old library building with its many alcoves and windows on the three floors. The walkway leading to the front door is lined with an artistically arrangement of red roses. The door that opens to welcome you in is made of simple wood but carved into the wood is a trail of roses that lead up the outside panels of the door. You enter into an open foyer and the first thing that catches your eye is the chandelier that hangs from the ceiling, the glass droplets bouncing the light around the room to make it all the more brighter.

White Ribbon House stands closest to the barn, and in fact on first impression tends to look like that a ranch house – if you didn’t pay too much attention to the fact that it has three floors – with its many connecting wings and doors that open to the outside along most of the lower floor of the building.

This barn is smaller, and located further away from the other barns. It houses stallions only. The stalls are somewhat small, but each it attached to a rectangular pen with six foot high metal railing for adequate exercise.

This Olympic sized indoor arena is surfaced in sand and has dressage markers around the outside. The arena is closed off from the stands by a perspex wall so that the horse will not be interrupted by the people watching.

These are the Academy pastures, each has a stand of trees down the back for protection from the weather and a river loops around the back of all of them (between the trees and the fence) so they may enjoy the fresh running water and in the summer can stand in water. The water is not deep enough for them to swim, but wide enough so that if they roll, no horse can become cast.

Here is a place we you can come to give you dog a run chill out without being surrounded by horses. In the reserve is a playground for the children, many well tended gardens with pathways leading through them and at the far end is a large lake that is used for swimming in the summer and if it gets cold enough to freeze, skating in the middle of the winter. Feel free to try your hand at fishing, but I can't promise a bite.
